1: Go to websites which offer blog services such as a WordPress, bloggers.com.etc.
2: click on create a new blog and then sign up with your Google account and then provide a name for your blog.
3: write a domain name such as technopedia 9708.blogspot.com.this is the name which we can use on the web browser to search for your blog.
4: your blog is then created.you can provide different layouts and themes to your blogs and add comments and post them.
